Discussion on Blue Economy in Jaffna
Blue Economy Program was conducted to
leaders of Jaffna on 10th October 2018. 25 members participated at
the blue economy program. The training was targeted about introduced to concept
for blue economy, The discussion on blue economy as impact on fishers and farmers
and other sectors. What are the challenges across the blue economy. Indian team
