Leadership Core Values and Qualities: Program for building island wide network
of Women Leaders! network of women of
107 in “Chinthana” Training Centre in Wennappuwa. The aspect of this program is
to from an organization of 100 quality women leaders in this process. Mr.Priyanakara
Costha made a speech drawing towards the reconciliation in the society in the
women and also Mrs.Laveena Hasanthi the coordinator of women affairs made her speech
to the society explaining the purpose of this meeting then discussing the moto
of the National Fisheries Solidarity was done deeply by Mr.Anthoney Jesudasan
and he further explained the quality and good habits of the quality women
leader to the society. Mrs.Jeewani Kariyawasam expanded her speech for the intelligent
ideas among the peoples.
Then played some videos to the participants.
Mr. Herman Kumara convener of NAFSO made his speech explaining the reason why
this kind of 107 women leaders and the expectation of this program and
conducted the program.
