Jaffna
District Fisheries Solidarity explores the various ways to support to the
affected people due to the pandemic. They have coordinated Mr. Kandeepan,
lawyer in Jaffna to support to the affected people. 25 packs of Dry-ration have been distributed
with the coordination of the Lawyer to the people in Sellapuram on 27 May 2020.
As well as, Mr. Imbanayagam, District Coordinator of Jaffna District Fisheries
Solidarity organized an event with the financial assistance of Mr. Dornal and
Family that live in Canada to provide day- ration to the affected people in the
Yogapuram camp and Pulayam camp on 28 of May 2020 in Jaffna. They have
distributed 25 dry-ration packs to the people. And , some dry-ration have also been provided
to the people in the camp of Needawan and Puliadi in Jaffna.
