The Annual Youth Meeting of the Trincomalee District Fisheries Solidarity Movement of the National Fisheries Solidarity Movement for Environment and Social Change was held on Saturday 11th June 2022 at the Nelson Pura Human Resource Management Center with the participation of 18 youth. at this time
They were briefed on the implications of the use of plastics and
solid waste management, planting disaster management plants, appointing a new
staff and how to develop leadership and membership Mr. Sajeeva Chamikara was the resource person for the event, while Mr. Francis Rajan and Mr. Priyankara Costa of the National Fisheries Co-operation Movement and Mrs. KH Nishaka Rangani, District Coordinator of the Trincomalee District Fisheries Solidarity Movement were also present.
